Debbie is a fully qualified Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy Practitioner, Tutor and CPD Provider, practising in Leicestershire and working with clients online.
I am a practising Counsellor based in the UK, dedicated to helping people feel better.
Life can be difficult at times, for all of us and if you’re reading this, my guess is that you’re struggling with something at the moment. I understand that beginning this journey may not always be easy and the first step can often be the most difficult – you’re here now so you’ve already made that first step!
I will help you to explore feelings and how your experiences shape your thoughts and actions. This helps to gain a better understanding of what makes you, You. I will help you to find ways to reach your own solutions, gain relief from your distress and emotional discomfort.
